Tasks:

• Participation at the process for the Supplier Assessment System
• Maintenance of quality related data for the suppliers in SAP until hand over to QSA staff
• Determine and drive preventive actions of quality assurance:
  • Determine the risk level of the parts
  • Liaison between the development department and supplier
  • Initiate and administrative the Gateway planning (APQP) at supplier side for key components
  • Participate on FMEAs
  • Determine the quality requirements for initial sample reports
  • Check the documents, including dimensional reports, control plan, FMEA etc. for the purchase part approval and the related production process at the supplier (PPAP or VDA)
  • Determine ppm-targets for Quality Agreements, participation on the negotiations with suppliers

• Coordination of change requests or product termination from suppliers in consideration to the impact for the product and finally for the customer (minor and major change)
• Monitoring supplier quality performance during mass production
• Representation of QSE-E-tasks at internal and external process and system audits

Requirements:

• Engineering education (min. Bsc.)
• Minimum 6 years experience of working in quality and manufacturing processes
• At least 4 years of the related work experience in automotive industry
• Have a solid background in process control with knowledge of PPAP, SPC, control plans, PFMEA, Cp&Cpk and GR&R studies
• Have a solid background in Quality and Environmental Management Standards, e.g. TS 16949, QS 9000, VDA, DIN EN ISO 14001 etc.
• Strong experience in quality problem solving, with proven ability to eveluate 8D corrective action reports and influence preventive actions with suppliers
• Knowledge in SAP
